The existence of a foundry without a model shop or site is not possible. Many foundries and factories cannot afford the creation and maintenance of a pattern shop.

That's why we came up with the idea to create a modern model shop.

We have covered almost all types of casting, to create model-technological equipment:

The manufacturing process of model equipment includes the following steps:

• Obtaining technical specifications from the customer (drawing or the product itself)
• Development of preliminary casting technology
• Modeling the casting process in LWMFlow software
• Adjustment of foundry technology based on simulation results
• Re-simulations of the casting process until it is confirmed that the foundry technology will produce a good casting
• Creation of a mathematical model of foundry equipment elements in the Solid Works system based on the final foundry technology
• Development of programs for CNC machines that will control the manufacturing process
• Production of final elements of model equipment and their assembly
• Checking the finished assembled foundry equipment, quality control
• Technical support and implementation of foundry equipment
