Foundry and its products are used in many areas of industry in any country: mechanical engineering, automotive, diesel locomotive manufacturing, car industry, machine tool construction, tractor and crane productions.
30-90% of manufactured parts are prodused from castings in the main industries.
The existence of a foundry without a model shop or site is not possible. Many foundries and factories cannot afford the creation and maintenance of a pattern shop.
That's why we came up with the idea to create a modern model shop.
We have covered almost all types of casting, to create model-technological equipment:
Is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure.[1] MDF is generally denser than plywood.
Is a material manufactured from thin layers or"plies" of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another.
Various density (from 500grcm3 to 1400grcm3).
Model plastic, unlike wood and plywood has a uniform structure and high strength and wear resistance. Plastic molds are mainly used for mass production of castings. Molding tooling, made of model plastic, used for manual and machine molding
Not prone to deformation and warping. Suitable for making tooling with a high degree of detail. Relatively difficult to process
